EVOLVING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS
As announced in late 2021, Baxter is making a $100 million investment to expand its facility in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. This expansion builds upon previous investments to add both manufacturing capacity and new technologies aimed at staying at the forefront of manufacturing for leading-edge parenteral therapies. Baxter BioPharma Solutions continually invests in its facilities to meet current and evolving customer needs.
SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONS
The new building will span 19,375 square feet (1,800 square meters) and will house additional state-of-the-art equipment. Ground was broken in November 2022, and the expansion is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. This latest investment includes new vial and prefilled syringe filling lines.
