For liquid vials, our high-volume filling capacity and multiple, dedicated high-speed vial-filling suites allow us to expand your product supply efficiently and cost effectively. We also offer lower speed filling for clinical-scale manufacturing. We can handle flammable solvents and cold-fill requirements, as well as compounding of disperse systems (such as liposomes, suspensions, and emulsions). Our process entails 100% in-line nondestructive weight checking, when appropriate, and terminal sterilization. Inspection, leak detection, labeling and packaging can be automated.
